Problem: COVID-19 took a toll on mental health. The challenges posed by this unprecedented situation prompted the need for resources and support systems. The Department of Health and Human Services in Maine took proactive steps by launching StrengthenME—a dedicated initiative offering tailored resources and support. As we moved past the need for pandemic resources and delved into long-lasting effects, their goals shifted.

Solution: We needed a Content Strategy Framework and execution of multimedia elements (copy and creative assets) to serve the framework. Additionally, quarterly organic reports to optimize ongoing efforts, overseeing all aspects from content calendar management and creation to animation, analysis, and client communication.
